They provide a negligible amount of fat (1g/100g) but are an excellent source of plant-based protein providing 24g/ 100g in dried mung beans. Micronutrients: Key micronutrients found in significant levels in mung beans are folate, thiamin (vitamin B1), iron, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium, copper and manganese.
