Nutritional Aspects Macadamia nuts are the richest source of monounsaturated fats of all nuts (they contain 76g/100g fat and 59g of this is MUFA). They also contain a small amount of carbohydrate, mostly fibre 14g/ 100g, and protein 8g/100g. On a micronutrient level, macadamia nuts provide significant amounts of thiamin, manganese, copper, magnesium and some iron.
