Nutritional Aspects For a fruit, dried goji berries actually contain a significant amount of protein (14g/100g) and fibre (13g/100g) while being relatively low in sugar (46g/100g) when compared to other berries and fruit. Goji berries are exceptionally high in vitamin A, and provide significant amounts of vitamin C, B2, Iron, copper, and selenium. Cacao provides some antioxidants, flavonoids, Magnesium, Iron and some calcium. The cacao butter provides fat such that the final coated goji berries when consumed contain a fat, carbohydrates and protein.
