Nutritional Aspects Coffee beans contain moderate amounts of magnesium, niacin and a variety of polyphenols, while Cacao provides some antioxidants, flavonoids, Magnesium, Iron and some calcium. On a macronutrient level, these coated coffee beans contain mostly carbohydrates (60g/100g), in the form of sugars, and fat (30g/100g) in the form of saturated fat. Note: both coffee as well as cacao contains caffeine so these may not be suitable to those sensitive to caffeine.
