Ingredients Cashews, Sugar, Honey (2%)
Nutritional Aspects Cashews are a great source of monounsaturated fats (MUFAs), and protein with some fibre and a small amount of starch. The addition of honey and sugar increases their content of simple sugars and reduces glycemic index (with 32.2g out of 44g Carbohydrate coming from sugar in this product). Cashews also contain significant levels of Vitamin K, thiamin, copper, manganese, magnesium, phosphorous and zinc. Roasting will shift the profile of the fat content; some of the MUFAs will saturate and become SFAs.
